Kempinski Hotels has opened the all-inclusive Olare Mara Kempinski, Masai Mara Tented Camp, on a game reserve in Kenya.

The company’s first property in Kenya, the 12-tent camp is located in the Olare Orok Conservancy Masai Mara, a one-hour flight from Nairobi or 90 minutes from Mombasa. Stretching 580 sq. miles, the Masai Mara features an abundance of lions and an annual great wildebeest migration.

The camp accommodates a maximum of 24. Each tent is furnished in the style of an African safari, with four-poster or twin beds, outdoor and indoor showers and an 850-sq.-ft. teak deck. One tent features its own plunge pool.

On- and off-site activities for incentive-travel groups include game drives in 4X4 Land Cruisers with safari guides; night safaris; and escorted bird, game and nature walks.
