Tourism Victoria is offering meeting and planners an incentive to book groups into the Vancouver Island, B.C., city.

Planners who send a qualified RFP, for a minimum of 50 room nights, to Meetings@TourismVictoria.com, by March 31, 2013, will receive, from Tourism Victoria, a $150 spa gift card for use at one of over 2,000 spas in North America that are part of the WaySpa.com network.

“The idea behind this campaign is, we are figuratively making meeting planners feel good, by mitigating the stress of planning their meeting in Victoria, with our complimentary services, and making them look good to their client by ensuring a successful meeting,” says Heather McGillivray, director of sales at Tourism Victoria. “We are also literally making them look good and feel good with a much deserved day at the spa.”
