When Windermere House resort, in Ontario’s cottage country, opens in May, for the 2011 season, Toronto-based restaurant company Oliver & Bonacini will be handling all food and beverage (f&b) for the property.
Under the agreement, Oliver & Bonacini will provide the f&b for the resort’s restaurants and for all on-site meetings, events and banquets.
On the meetings side, Windermere House offers spaces of 816 sq. ft. and 2,000 sq. ft. and a boardroom of 396 sq. ft., among others.
Oliver & Bonacini operates such successful and well-regarded restaurants as Canoe, Jump, Auberge du Pommier and Biff’s Bistro.
The company also operates five O&B Café Grill locations in Southern Ontario and oversees f&b in the TIFF Bell Lightbox, both on the events side and in two restaurants, O&B Canteen and Luma.
