Porter Adding 6th Daily Toronto-Boston Flight Starting Oct. 12

Porter will be increasing its Toronto-Boston service.

Porter Airlines is increasing weekday roundtrip flights to six from five between Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport and Boston’s Logan International Airport, beginning Oct. 12.

This new flight doubles Porter’s Toronto-Boston service from its original 2009 schedule.

Under the soon-to-be-introduced weekday schedule, the new flight will leave Toronto at 8:55 a.m. and depart Boston at 11:15 a.m.

The weekend schedule remains at two Saturday roundtrips and five on Sunday.

This beefed-up service also improves the number of available connecting flights to destinations such as Quebec City, Montreal, Ottawa and Thunder Bay, Windsor, Sault Ste. Marie and Sudbury, Ont.

Porter operates a fleet of 70-seat Bombardier Q400 aircraft and offers complimentary in-flight wine and beer.
