Hat trick! Porter Airlines has earned a 4-Star rating three years in a row.
Skytrax recently rated Porter Airlines an Official 4-Star Airline in the World Airline Star Rating. This is the third consecutive year the airline has received the rating.
Porter is the only airline in Canada – and one of two airlines throughout North America – to be awarded a 4-Star ranking.
Airlines that meet a recognized standard of quality performance across a broad range of categories such as service efficiency, check-in services, baggage delivery and lounge facilities may qualify for the rating.
Ratings are reviewed annually and performance is examined across more than 800 different areas of product and service delivery.
