Porter's Toronto City Airport terminal.
Porter Airlines passengers departing from Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport can experience a guided tasting of Glenfiddich 12- 15- and 18 Year Old single-malt scotch, during the next several weeks.
Sure to be a hit with incentive groups led by meeting and event planners and flying on Porter, the special whiskey tastings will be offered between 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 PM on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, until July 23.
To help lead travellers through the nuances of tasting and understanding single malts, experienced “malt specialists” will be on hand.
“We place a great deal of emphasis on each detail making up the overall passenger experience,” said Robert Deluce, president and CEO of Porter Airlines, in a release. “Partnering with Glenfiddich is a new way we can make the journey for travellers as enjoyable as the destination itself.”
