Porter Airlines and SATA Airlines have signed an interline agreement facilitating travel between Canada and Portugal.
Montreal Trudeau International Airport and Boston Logan International Airport will serve as connecting points for Portugal and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Travellers will be able to tag baggage through to their final destination.
“Our passengers appreciate being able to include Porter as part of their overseas travel planning,” said Michael Deluce, executive vice-president and chief commercial officer of Porter Airlines. “This provides one more option for people to experience the Azorean islands and Europe.”
“SATA Airlines is delighted to partner up with Porter Airlines and offer more travel itineraries in Canada, a key strategic market for SATA Airlines,” said António Menezes, CEO of group SATA. ” We are absolutely convinced that many Canadians would truly enjoy visiting Azores and Portugal and the partnership between Porter and SATA will make such amazing trips even more accessible and compelling.”
