The Delta Sault Ste. Marie Waterfront Hotel and Conference Centre has opened in Sault Ste. Marie, Ont., on the city’s watefront.
Before transforming to the Delta brand, the property underwent a $6-million redevelopment that upgraded the 195 guestrooms and suites and amenities, including all public areas, meeting space and food and beverage outlets.
Guestrooms and suites include the Delta Sanctuary bed and June Jacobs spa products.
Additional upgrades include a revitalized fitness centre with health club and indoor pool, as well as a new business centre.
Upscale-casual View Restaurant + Bar, led by executive chef Darius Martin, serves steak and seafood and provides views of the river.
The business conference centre offers more than 10,000 sq. ft. of meeting space, including the 5,208-sq.-ft. Algoma Ballroom.
