Maison Boulud, located in the iconic Ritz-Carlton Montreal, has earned a 2015 Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Award. It is one of only two Montreal restaurants recognized with Four-Star status, one of four in all of Quebec, and one of just 192 Four-Star restaurants worldwide.
The Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star Award is given to outstanding restaurants that offer diners outstanding levels of service and luxury. This is the first time Maison Boulud has earned the honour since opening at the Ritz-Carlton Montreal in 2012.
As with all of the restaurants operated by internationally-renowned Chef Daniel Boulud, Maison Boulud at Ritz-Carlton Montreal blends traditional French culinary roots with the culture, tastes and lifestyle of the city— a business philosophy exemplified in its focus on local produce and artisanal Québecois products.
The restaurant is helmed by Executive Chef Riccardo Bertolino, whose culinary approach combines the technique, discipline and complexities of French haute cuisine with the straight-forward, ingredients-driven cooking of his Italian roots. Its sommelier, Isabel Bordeleau, has curated a wine list that offers diners more than 500 selections.
The Ritz-Carlton Montreal is the province’s only CAA/AAA Five Diamond property. It has 96 guest rooms, 33 suites and 12,000 square feet of flexible event space.
