A $12 million renovation of the Sheraton Cavalier Saskatoon Hotel‘s guest rooms and conference facilities is now complete.
The reno is part of a multi-year revitalization of the Sheraton brand through which Starwood and its partners have invested more than US$6 billion. The brand is now on track to open its 500th hotel in 2015.
The overall design of the renovation blends contemporary elements with classics from the Hollywood Regency era. The hotel’s 237 guest rooms, including 16 suites, have been redone in a warm colour palette. The remodeled lobby has a new marble front desk and furniture as well as complimentary WiFi. In addition, the revamped Club Lounge offers a range of extra touches including complimentary breakfast, snacks and evening hors d’oeuvres, WiFi and a espresso.
“The revitalization of Sheraton Cavalier Saskatoon Hotel allows us to meet the increased demand for high-caliber accommodations with distinctive guest experiences, providing our guests and customers, as well as the local community, with an inviting gathering place for all occasions,” said Dale Grant, the hotel’s general manager.
