The new Core Performance gym at Sheraton Laval.
Sheraton Hotels & Resorts has invested $120-million in a traveller-focused fitness programme.
The hotel brand has teamed up with fitness-training experts Core Performance to create the programme, which is derived from the same training methods used by professional athletes.
Properties will offer advice on mindset, nutrition, movement and recovery. In addition, the fitness programme will offer 20- to 30-minute themed workouts in Sheraton fitness centres; healthier dining options; free, in-room video-on-demand workouts; and online training programmes.
Currently, the programme is being introduced at 60 hotels and will be available at 70 additional properties by the end of the year. All Sheraton Hotels around the world will feature Sheraton Fitness by the end of 2011.
