Stock will be housed on Trump Toronto's 31st floor.
When Trump International Hotel & Tower Toronto opens later this fall, it will feature Stock restaurant on its 31st floor.
Heading up the kitchen will be executive chef Todd Clarmo, who has worked in top restaurants in France and, most recently, was corporate executive chef at Oliver Bonacini Restaurants.
Courtesy of II BY IV Design, the restaurant’s look will combine art deco and contemporary elements.
Stock will seat 135 and offer a loft for private dining, along with a bar, lounge and outdoor patio.
Complementing the food – highlighting local ingredients given an upscale spin – will be a wine list compiled by master sommelier John Szabo.
Trump Hotel Collection’s first Canadian property, the 65-storey Toronto hotel will feature 261 guestrooms, 12,000 sq. ft. of meeting and event space and a two-level spa.
