The Bruce Hotel and The Restaurant at The Bruce in Stratford, Ontario has received the Canadian Automobile Association’s (CAA) four diamond designation, just 10 weeks after its official opening.
“It [the designation] stands as a testament to the exceptional work of everyone involved in the project—from the architect and tradesmen who built the physical property to the dedicated staff who tend to our hotel guests and restaurant patrons on a daily basis,” said owner Jennifer Birmingham.
The hotel features 21 room and four petite suites. The rooms are a generous 600 square feet. All rooms and facilities (including the swimming pool) are barrier free.
In addition to the Four diamond fine dining offered at The Restaurant at The Bruce, the property has two casual dining options: The Lounge and The Patio. Executive chef Aaron Linley describes the menus as “Nouveau Ontario”—imaginative, ambitious, eclectic cuisine that marries global influences, modern French technique and the very best of Ontario.
Stratford, Ontario is home to the largest repertory theatre company in North America.
