Vancouver’s Rosewood Hotel Georgia will open its doors July 15, to welcome its first guests since its extensive restoration.
Now managed by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, the 84-year-old property features 155 rooms and suites.
There are two penthouse suites: the Lord Stanley and the Rosewood, both featuring a private rooftop terrace and outdoor hot tub and fireplace.
Other amenities in the renovated property include a restored Spanish Ballroom, Sense A Rosewood Spa, nearly 10,000 sq. ft. of banquet and meeting facilities and lobby lounge ‘1927.’
Recently, Hawksworth restaurant, serving contemporary Canadian cuisine, from renowned chef David Hawksworth (with Ned Bell behind the stoves), opened in the property.
A private space, the York Room, overlooks the Vancouver Art Gallery and hosts 72 for sit-down dinner and 100 for cocktail reception.
