WestJet is increasing seasonal service to Orlando.
WestJet will increase seasonal non-stop service between Hamilton, Ont., and Orlando, Fla., beginning in February.
The airline will add additional service with flights departing Tuesdays, from Feb. 15 to April 26, 2011. This is in addition to existing weekly service on Saturdays.
“Orlando offers everything you could ask for in a sun destination: theme parks, great shopping and 176 golf courses,” said Hugh Dunleavy, WestJet executive vice-president, strategy and planning.
This follows the airline’s announcement of seasonal non-stop service from major Canadian cities to Jamaica, Dominican Republic and Florida.
WestJet offers service throughout a 71-city North American and Caribbean network.
Flights offer increased legroom and live seatback television on a fleet of 91 Boeing 737 aircraft. Plans include confirmed deliveries for an additional 44 aircraft through 2017.
