WestJet Launches Weekly Seasonal Non-stop Flights to Aruba

WestJet has added seasonal flights to Aruba.

WestJet is launching weekly, non-stop seasonal service between Toronto and Aruba, Netherlands Antilles.

Under the new schedule, WestJet will fly between Toronto and Aruba once weekly on Sundays. Flights will leave Toronto at 9:00 a.m. and arrive at 1:53 p.m., and will depart Aruba at 2:45 p.m. and arrive at 7:53 p.m.

Flights continue until Oct. 21.

“Aruba is our 30th sun destination available to Canadians on a non-stop basis from Toronto Pearson,” said John MacLeod, vice-president, network management and alliances.

In addition to Aruba, WestJet serves, non-stop, from Toronto Pearson, such destinations as Kingston and Montego Bay, Jamaica; San Juan, Puerto Rico; and Cancun, Holguin, Varadero and Cozumel, Mexico.

Aruba is one of five new destinations the airline is launching as part of its 2012 summer schedule.
