ALHI Releases 2018 Meeting Guide

Associated Luxury Hotels International (ALHI)  has released its  2018 Global Meeting Guide.

The very useful 228-page meeting planner resource guide features beautiful large photos, easy-to-find “at a glance” descriptions, overviews, and critical facts about ALHI’s 250+ luxury-level hotels and resorts worldwide, which are either independent or are with an independent hotel brand. This includes more than 150 distinctive hotels and resorts in North America; 17 in the Bahamas, Bermuda and Caribbean region; 35 in Western Europe; 13 in Eastern Europe; 13 in the Middle East; 31 in Asia; 9 in Africa; and 4 in South America.

In addition to the ALHI member hotels and resorts that are featured, the new guide also offers valuable information on ALHI’s “Alliance” members, which include 23 luxury-level cruise ships appropriate for meetings and incentive programs, and destination management companies (DMCs) in over 100 locations worldwide.

These “Alliance” members help planners and strategically address the growing demand for international Meeting & Incentive programs from North American meeting and incentive professionals. The synergistic portfolio is designed to support companies and associations with a variety of meeting global options and services through one reliable ALHI Global Sales contact.

The new “ALHI 2018 Global Meeting Guide” includes information about each property’s accommodations, meeting facilities, recreation, dining, unique attributes, points of distinction and accessibility.

The guide also features a section on ALHI’s 10 distinctive Luxury Brand Collections to make it easy for planners to identify properties that will suit their programs’ specific needs and unique desires. This includes the “Convention Collection,” featuring ALHI’s 31 member hotels and resorts that offer more than 500 rooms, have over 50,000 square feet of meeting space, and have at least one 20,000-square-foot ballroom.

“This comprehensive, user-friendly guide is a very valuable resource for meeting and incentive professionals seeking distinctive luxury-level and upper-upscale hotels and/or resorts for their meetings and programs worldwide, both big and small,” said ALHI’s Chief Sales Officer Mark Sergot. “Planners find it very helpful to use this guide, working together with their ALHI Global Sales professional, to help determine the ideal solutions for their meetings, conventions and incentive programs. The guide also serves as a terrific ‘idea book’ in the planning process too. We’ve found that the combination of the guide, ALHI’s website, and the insight of our skilled ALHI Global Sales professionals has proven to be very popular with planners.”
